Mason Longoria, only 7 years old, is a lovable teddy bear, but don't let his looks fool you—he's a tank when he trains and competes. Mason began his Jiu-Jitsu journey in the summer of 2022 and, like his big brother Ethan, has never missed a class. His dedication drives him to train every day, pushing himself to keep up with Ethan. After a few months of Muay Thai, Mason expanded his training to include wrestling while continuing his Jiu-Jitsu practice. On some days, he trains for up to 3 hours in both disciplines after school. This intense commitment has shaped Mason into a formidable young athlete who trains daily with passion and pride.

Mason recently competed in his first major IBJJF tournament, the PAN KIDS—one of the biggest tournaments of the year—where he placed 2nd and earned a silver medal.
